Emulsion Scoop Coater
With our double-sided quality coating channels in different lengths, photo emulsion can be applied evenly and precisely to the screen printing fabric. Depending on the desired layer thickness, the coating is applied once or several times. All of our emulsion channels are made of aluminum and have two end caps. The gutters are designed so that they are easy to clean and last a long time.
Triangular carton packing and plastic strip on the coating edge provided good protection during transportation.
(Be sure to remove the black rubber protective piece from the scoop coater before using!)

How to choose the size of Scoop Coater:
Scoop Coater size: 4 in 14 in 16 in 19 in 21 in
Meshed Frame Size: 8 x 12 in 18 x 20 in 20 x 24 in 23 x 31 in 25 x 36 in
NOTE: Screens are measured to the outside diameter, so choose a scoop coater 4″ smaller than your screen size.
Example: 20″ x 24″ inch screen will only require a 16 in
